Synopsis
After a bizarre accident leaves Fransje Hermans confined to a wheelchair, he seems destined to spend his days in the sluggish village of Lomark. Unable to move or speak, with only one functional arm left, his life appears hopeless. That changes when the charismatic and reckless newcomer Joe Speedboot arrives and strikes up an unlikely friendship with Fransje. Will Joe help Fransje realize his burning dreams and fulfill his longing for the enchanting PJ, or is Fransje merely the next project of the adventure-hungry Joe?
